"I was wondering where the target participants will be coming from? We were considering venues in the capital. Are the participants located in metro Manila or all over the Philippines? Will the participants travel be covered by their own organisations?"
Australia Awards response:
The participants maybe coming from Metro Manila as well as other regions. Participants outside of Metro Manila will need to be accommodated – the LSP needs to budget for accommodation in reimbursable items - we suggest assuming at least 5 pax will be coming from outside of METRO Manila, and their transport are covered by the nominating agencies.

"Is there a preferred venue and location for the training? Did you want us to quote including venue hire and catering for the participants?"

Australia Awards response:
We don’t have a preferred venue. Our guidelines on the venue should not be 5-star hotels and should be accessible to participants who are not living in them.

The cost for the venue and catering will be under reimbursable items.
